Think Pink With BDI’s Bink Table
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease and those affected by it.
One of our premiere furniture designers and manufacturers, BDI, is thoughtfully cultivating breast cancer awareness through color by offering the practical mobile media table — Bink — in a fun, pink hue.
Bink is more than just a convenient laptop or side table; countless models, hours of research and extensive testing has gone into the production process, and extends far beyond what you see when you open the box. In 2012, BDI’s designers identified the need for a mobile table and set out to explore furniture showrooms across the world to determine what was currently on the market. What you see today is not only a versatile, durable product, but an eye-catching one too. No wonder Bink has become one of BDI’s most popular products.
Bink is currently offered in seven colors with proceeds from the Pink Bink sales going directly towards breast cancer research at City of Hope, a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer.
Designed by Matthew Weatherly, the Pink Bink will boast a custom designed BDI breast cancer awareness ribbon on its base, allowing retailers and consumers alike to show their support for this cause. BDI will produce a limited edition quantity for sale during the promotion time period, with each including a personally signed signature by Weatherly.
