Our store policies help ensure your Sklar experience is straightforward and enjoyable.
Because most Sklar pieces are custom-made furnishings, orders cannot be canceled after 72 hours, and we ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Naturally we’re subject to our suppliers’ estimates, but every effort is made to expedite delivery dates. Special furniture delivery requirements are considered case-by-case, and it’s up to the client to ensure doorways, elevators and stairwells won’t be a problem. Clerical or special-order pricing errors are subject to correction.
Home accessories, wall art, and plants can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they’re in the same condition as they were when purchased. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Floor model sales are final and are not returnable.
We want to see your dreams come true. Qualifying clients are offered 12-month, no interest furniture financing. Applications take less than five minutes to fill out and credit authorization is immediate.
