Customers rave about our furniture and our staff, but a good part of the feedback we get is about our outstanding service. We're one store - not a chain - and that lets us stay connected to our clients and exercise vigilance over their orders. Every Sklar supplier is scrutinized for its ability to produce quality designer furnishings and ship them to us free of damage, in a timely fashion - no small feat with suppliers spanning North America, Italy, Scandinavia and the Far East.

Sklar guarantees all merchandise against manufacturers' defects for a period of one year, under normal use, from date of purchase. Many companies offer longer warranties, which we pass on to the buyer. And should any problem occur, our courteous and incredibly efficient service department will remedy it immediately.
