Shipping

We have home–delivery service in many areas, and charges range from $100 and up. In areas not serviced by our delivery company, we'll arrange delivery to your freight forwarder of choice. We can also arrange delivery to your freight forwarder, to anywhere in the world.

Returns

Accessories, wall art and plants can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they're in the same condition as they were when purchased. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Sales of floor models are final and not returnable.

Financing

We want to see your dreams come true. Qualifying clients are offered 12–month, no payment/no interest financing. Applications take less than five minutes to fill out and credit authorization is immediate.

Gold Plan Protection

We wish to make this industry leading Gold Plan available to all of our customers so you can protect against that accidental spill, drop, rip or tear of your new furniture. Key Features of the Gold–in–Home Protection Plan include: • A five year term of protection • Coverage of all accidental stains that occur during normal household use • Coverages that aren’t offered elsewhere (on marble, stone, glass, and wood) • Coverages that include accidental rips, cuts, burns, nail polish, paint, crayon and glue! • Cleaning and repairs on covered stains and damages are paid for! • If replacement is necessary, no depreciation or usage fees apply • Much, much more!
