Q: Do you have directions to the store?

Q: Is there just one store?
A: Yes we are located at 6300 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton Florida, one mile north of Yamato on the east side of the road.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10 am 6 pm
Mondays and Thursdays 10 am 8 pm
Sundays Noon 6 pm.
Q: What days are you closed?
A: We are only closed for 4 days of the year: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, December 24th and Christmas Day.
Q: Do you ship out of the state of Florida?

Q: Do you have designers that could help me with my decorating?
A: Yes all of our Design Consultants will be happy to work with your house plans or to arrange a house visit. This service is offered free of charge to our customers.
Q: Can I use my own fabric on your sofas and chairs?
A: Many of our vendors do allow you to use your own fabric. If it is important that you use your own material our design consultants will direct you to the styles that allow you to do that. There are only a couple of vendors who will only work with their own line of fabrics. However it is important to know that all of the vendors have a wide range of wonderful fabrics to choose from.
Q: Can I buy fabric by the yard?
A: Yes all of our vendors allow you to purchase fabric by the yard (industry standard is a minimum of one yard and it must be purchased in full yard increments) Most of the vendors will ship it directly to your home.
Q: I know you specialize in custom ordering but do you ever sell floor samples or items from the showroom?
A: Absolutely! All of our accessories, wall art, carpets, plants and lighting can be taken with you. Since we do change our styles and fabrics frequently we always have at least a few of the items on the floor for sale to take with you or to be delivered within a few days.
Q: Do you stock any products?
A: Yes we do. Many of our dining room and bedroom sets are kept in stock and can be delivered within a few days. These are items that usually do not offer a choice of finish or fabric on the seat. Many of our more popular chairs, cocktail tables and end tables are also available immediately.
Q: Do you advertise?
A: Yes we do in a variety of mediums. We advertise locally in newspapers and on TV and as well advertise in many of the national and international magazines.
Q: Where do you find all of these wonderful accessories?
A: We shop a variety of markets several times a year and do not very often just reorder the same things that we have time and time again. This keeps the store fresh and since many people are frequent buyers it makes shopping more interesting when the store changes so often.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: Yes Qualifying clients are offered 12-month, no payment/no interest financing. Applications take less than five minutes to fill out and credit authorization is immediate.
Q: Can I order something without coming into the store?
A: Yes however since all custom orders are not cancelable we do recommend that you have confirmed sizes and colors before we accept the order. We will write up an invoice and proceed with ordering your merchandise only when we have received a signed copy back. For your convenience this can be done by fax.
